I would go with biology, chemistry or dual-major in both. Biology should give you the background you need for the human side of things. Like, anatomy and physiology. Chemistry would give you the background you needed to understand how drugs might interact/work. Or, there are some schools that offer degrees that are specifically designed to be 'pre-med'.
