I have some unsightly dark scarring/whelps on my neck I want removed ASAP and I wondered if a Dermatologist could remove them with a laser or something somehow? And how much would something like that cost?Can a Dermatologist do anything about whelps and scars on your neck? Like Possibly Remove them with a laser?
Whelps are baby animals, like dogs. You have welts. Ask the doctor.
