You were correct when you mentioned state, insurance companies etc. But to give you a rough idea the dermatologist usually charges an office visit about $80. The treatment of what you are getting done it could range from $20- up to hundreds of dollars. You never stated what you want done at the dermatologist office. Is it for acne, get a wart removed, get a mole looked at etc. I hope this gives you a rough idea. A lot of times insurance companies pay a good chunk of the bill. You might have to pay a small copay but that could be $25. I wish you the best of luck!
usually if you have insurance you just pay a copay and it's anywhere from 5-20 dollars. Your insurance pays the doctor not your mother. It sounds like you have a case of either moms to busy and does not care that your skin is going to hell at a difficult time in your life. Or like the rest of us 5 and 20 bucks is a goal to reach.
They are indeed pricey, especially if you live in a large urban area. Just don't get suckered into all their 'special line of...' lotions and potions which your insurance may not cover. I got talked into an $80 bottle of 'super' lotion that was no better than vaseline intensive care! :(

mine 300-400 he did an amazin jobtell her that its better than spendin money on some stupid products, that u know that by goin to see one , hes gonna resolve ur problems n make u feel better about urself.
