How can you become a dermatologist AND a psychiatrist?

i was reading something in marie claire and they had an in house dermatologist AND psychiatrist. how do you become both without going to 20 years of school? is it possible? How can you become a dermatologist AND a psychiatrist?
;) I believe that a person can subspecialize in derm and/or psychiatry. I'm not sure how the residency would work or how long it would be for each though there are some physicians that work as a family dr and subspecialize or have a couple of specialities. I am wondering though if the magazine has one dr or actually two.

Med school is supposed to be quite competitive to gain acceptance so I would really try to choose one specialty to begin with, know what I mean. Perhaps you can go for 'internal medicine' which is similar to a family practitioner and subspecialize in either derm or psychiatry. Just don't want you to get so overwhelmed :)

For general career info: http://www.bls.gov/oco and search 'physicians' or such. Other resources may be listed at the bottom of the entry.

Wikipedia albeit not for professional research may have more info: http://www.wikipedia.org and search 'dermatologists', 'psychiatrists' and/or 'physicians'.

And please steer clear from those online, for-profit schools such as university of phoenix, strayer u, kaiser u, devry u, kaplan u, capella u. Former students of u of phoenix started this site: http://www.uopsucks.comHow can you become a dermatologist AND a psychiatrist?
Well, you just answered your question with my answer. Go to school for 20 years. Maybe if the IQ was great enough--maybe 10 years. (or more)
