What would the dermatologist do to remove the wart?

I have this wart and its been bothering me. Just wondering what they would to to get it removed? I heard they could freeze it, but how long will it take for the wart to come off? What would the dermatologist do to remove the wart?
Most commonly they use liquid nitrogen. It will blister up in a matter of hours and heal over the next several days. What would the dermatologist do to remove the wart?
is it a planters wart or a regualr wart.

Not familiar with how to remove regular warts but for planters warts, if you take a pair of toe nail clippers and dig past the black spores, then you have removed it.

The spores make it regrow , so once you get the black spores out it wont regrow, and your skin will heal., make sure to put triple antibotic ointment(OTC) from the drugstore so you dont get an infection and remember to use a clean toe nail clippers. Total for this is no more than 15$
I had one frozen two days ago.. over night it blistered. then yesterday i was playing basketball, and the blistered peeled off. now its healing :). It doesn't take long at all to fall off :)

ps. mine was on my hand.
