What to major in to help me become a dermatologist?

Besides biology and chemistry. What to major in to help me become a dermatologist?
If you can't do biology and chemistry -- you won't make it as a doctor.

It is that simple. What to major in to help me become a dermatologist?
It doesn't really matter which way you want to go. What really matters if you can master yourself. If you can do this you have already won!
Major in whatever you want to major in. As long as you do those basic premedical courses, you can major in English Lit, and it wouldn't make any bit of difference as long as your science grades and MCAT scores are good. These are the things that will help you get into medical school.

Once you get into medical school, you can apply for dermatology residency programs during your third year of graduate school. Becoming a dermatologist has nothing to do with your major in college. Good luck becoming a dermatologist--it is an extremely competitive field, and many applicants from medical school are MD-PhDs nowadays (7-10 years of school after college but before residency).

No need to be flip with your addendum--your original question didn't make a whole lot of sense. People are just trying to help you, and you are being obnoxious.
Uhh, those are the two big ones.

Some medical schools will consider you even if you don't major in bio or chem, but you'll still have to have a solid background (have taken alot of courses, or minored) in these areas. But you're going to have to fight and prove why you should be chosen instead of someone who has a more appropriate background.
If you're looking for a little different angle, how about microbiology? The focus is entirely different from biology and more applicable to the medical field, and could be especially useful for dermatology. You might also consider pharmacology. You would have a jump on understanding medications and how they work. Good luck. Nice to see someone trying to stand out in the crowd.
