When going to the dermatologist for acne, should I not wear make-up?

I have to go to the dermatologist because i have really bad acne. I never leave the house without make-up because it's just too embarrassing not to wear it. So would it be ok if i wore makeup to see the dermatologist or should i not wear it?When going to the dermatologist for acne, should I not wear make-up?
it's better if you don't wear makeupWhen going to the dermatologist for acne, should I not wear make-up?
I know how you feel about not wearing make-up (but for different reasons). I would say that seeing you are going to the specialist Dr. and to save time while there, I wouldn't wear makeup. I am sure they have seen many people with acne and don't even give it a 2nd thot. I would bring it with me though in case the Dr. wants to know what you use to try and figure out the source of your acne. Also, you can apply it after wards if you feel more comfortable. He might apply some type of treatment to your face that day and tell you to not wear makeup with it on.
The doctor will not be able to examine your problem if your face is covered with make-up. Take it with you and use a restroom to apply it before you leave the doctors office if your embarrassed to be without it. I'd be willing to bet if your were wearing it when you arrive, you'd be asked to wash it off.
don't wear any until after you see them, but take the brand that you wear with you, some of the problem could be caused by the brand you use and your dr would need to know what kind it is. This way the dr can tell you for certain if the brand you are using is causing some of the problem.
YES. U should not wear make up. If u go with make up, hw will the dermatologist come to know the cause of ur problem. Usually make up will completely change our face, reducing the real problems of the face.
