What is the Average Salary of A Dermatologist ?

School Report show that you must find a career which you like ! Dermatology is a medical field which I would like, so can you tell me the salary !What is the Average Salary of A Dermatologist ?
Unlike what Jebby said, Dermatology is a very desirable field among physicians.

The advantage is that the hours are great, the number of dermatologists are few (due to the few number of residency slots available), cases are fairly simple to treat and get great results once treated, very rare emergency and few calls, and many are either cash paying or good insurance.

Like WWD said, physician's income basically depends on various factors. However, many Dermatologist make from $200K and on, depending on the number of patients they see and number of procedures involved. Also keep in mind that many Dermatologist also do cosmetic treatments - Botox, Laser, etc, which are basically whatever they want to charge. So, the income potential can be great.

One last word of advice. If you want to be a dermatologist, you need to be top - top of your high school, top of your college, top of your med school, and lots of favors and connections to get you one of those hard-to-find dermatology residency position. What is the Average Salary of A Dermatologist ?
fairly high because it is not one of the most desireable jobs...at least over 200k a year once u have some experience
None. The average dermatologist, or the average physician of any specialty, for that matter, isn't on salary. Practice type (solo, single-specialty group, multispecialty group, academic, etc.) varies considerably, and income may come through a lot of different mechanisms between or within each type practice.
